Shipping policy

Production time. Each item is 3D printed to order. Most pieces are printed and packed within 1–3 business days of your order.

Shipping. We ship from Hartford, Connecticut via USPS. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is packed, and your tracking number activates the moment the carrier picks it up.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of your item.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Delays. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If tracking shows your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we'll resolve it — see our Return & Refund Policy.
